John Oliver discusses timeshares deals, the strategy of using flat out lies to sell those. He also shares the how difficult it is to get out of any timeshares which even led people to sell their timeshares to others for zero dollar as it became so painful for them. This issue created some timeshare exit companies which are in most cases are total scams.
